General Summary:
The CPC Vault Officer is responsible for administering the operational efforts of the Cash Processing Center (CPC) vault considered as the bank’s centralized vault. This position functions in a highly secured environment and requires the enforcement of strict policies and procedures to protect the assets of the Bank and the Bank’s customers. Ensures that established policies and procedures are followed. Oversees provision of a full range of services to vault operations and customers. Ensures that all customers are promptly and professionally served. Effectively trains, directs, and manages vault staff.
