Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Cash/Expeditor to join our vibrant hospitality team. Duties Coordinate closely with kitchen staff to expedite food orders, ensuring timely preparation and delivery Communicate effectively with servers and front-of-house team to relay order updates and special requests Monitor order accuracy, quality, and presentation before serving to guests Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, maintaining high standards of food safety and handling Support the kitchen team by organizing and prioritizing orders during busy service periods Ensure all food items are served at appropriate temperatures and in accordance with safety protocols Maintain cleanliness and organization of work stations, including bussing tables when necessary Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred Strong communication skills to liaise effectively between kitchen staff and servers Knowledge of food preparation, expediting, and food safety standards Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Basic numeracy skills for managing order quantities and POS (Point of Sale) systems Organizational skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume service times Experience with banquet service, food handling, or culinary roles is a plus Customer service orientation with a friendly, professional demeanor Familiarity with kitchen operations, cooking processes, and hospitality standards Join us as a Cash/Expeditor and be part of a passionate team committed to delivering exceptional dining experiences.
