Case Picker

Responsibilities Efficiently pick and pack orders using barcode scanners, RF (radio frequency) scanners, and warehouse management systems to ensure accuracy and timeliness Operate equipment such as cherry pickers, forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and effectively Prepare shipments with precision, adhering to safety protocols and proper manual handling techniques Conduct quality control checks on picked items to verify accuracy before packing for shipment Maintain accurate records of inventory movements using warehouse management systems and barcode scanning technology Follow safety procedures diligently, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), to prevent accidents during heavy lifting or material handling tasks Requirements Proven experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers, with familiarity in order picking, packing, shipping & receiving, and inventory management systems is preferred, but not required Strong manual handling skills with the ability to lift loads safely and efficiently Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying inventory quantities Experience with barcode scanning for logistics purposes and warehouse management systems (WMS) is highly desirable Knowledge of safety protocols related to heavy equipment operation and manual handling in a warehouse setting Excellent attention to detail for order accuracy and quality control Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency Join us as a Case Picker and become an essential part of our logistics team!
