We move beverages, ingredients, packaging, tanks, kegs, cans, and equipment for beverage producers across the country. Our customers trust us with sensitive, high-value freight, and we handle every load with care and precision. The Role We're hiring a full-time Carrier Sales Representative to find, negotiate with, and manage the carriers who keep our freight moving. You'll: Secure truck capacity and negotiate competitive rates Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers Track loads from pickup to delivery and resolve issues in transit Keep load and pricing information accurate in our TMS Work closely with our account management and customer service teams to deliver for our clients Who We're Looking For We welcome experienced freight professionals as well as driven candidates who are new to logistics. If you're new, we'll train you. What matters most is how you communicate, negotiate, and solve problems. Bachelor's degree preferred (Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field) Freight brokerage or carrier sales experience is a plus but not required Strong verbal and written communication skills A competitive, persuasive personality who enjoys negotiating Organized and calm under pressure when juggling multiple shipments Comfortable learning new software (TMS, CRM, load boards) Interest in the craft beverage industry is a bonus Why Brew Movers Base salary plus uncapped commission 401(k) with company match A niche, growing company in an industry people love Hands-on training and a clear path to grow your career Direct impact on customers and the business from day one Pay: $42,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) Work Location: In person
