Carrier Sales Representative

Responsibilities: Develop and maintain relationships with carriers to ensure efficient and cost-effective transportation solutions. Negotiate rates and contracts with carriers to meet customer requirements. Utilize provided leads and resources to expand the carrier network. Follow carrier compliance protocols to ensure the smooth execution of shipments. Resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the transportation process. Understand truckload markets in, van, reefer, and flat equipment categories Requirements: Proven experience in carrier sales OR a related field. DAT, ITS, and TMS experience Results-oriented with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Familiarity with transportation industry practices and regulations. Strong negotiation and communication skills.
