ng existing accounts within the freight forwarding industry.
This role focuses on lead generation, inside sales, freight quotations, and customer relationship management for global logistics services, including air, ocean, and ground transportation. The ideal candidate will collaborate with sales, pricing, procurement, operations, settlement, and customer service teams to develop competitive shipping solutions and grow the customer base.
Experience supporting business development in the South Korean or Chinese markets is a plus.

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in transportation, logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain-related fields.
• 1–3 years of experience in inside sales or customer service.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Solid understanding of international transportation, freight forwarding, and North American transportation networks.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, and data analysis, as well as PowerPoint.
• Experience with FIS, WMS, and CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across sales, pricing, operations, and customer service teams.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience preparing freight quotations, responding to RFQs, and managing sales pipelines.
Travel Requirements
• Local travel within Southern California: Up to 10%.
