H&M Bay Inc.Job Title: Carrier Compliance Specialist Reports to: Risk Manager Position Overview The Carrier Compliance Specialist obtains, verifies, and maintains accurate records for carriers and drivers delivering for H&M Bay Inc. Job Duties and Responsibilities Enter and update carrier insurance information. Verify insurance coverage for current carriers. Verify insurance and required authority for new carriers. Add and maintain up-to-date driver information. Attach documents received via fax or email to carrier records. Job Requirements Demonstrate a high degree of accuracy in data entry. Work efficiently under pressure with minimal supervision. Demonstrate punctuality and reliability. Regular hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with a half-hour lunch, unless otherwise noted. Collaborate effectively and interact professionally, including with challenging individuals.
