Carpenter — Custom Crate Builder

We're hiring a carpenter to help build custom crates. This is more than pallet repair — you'll be measuring, cutting, and assembling custom wood crates to spec. What you'll do: - Build custom crates from measurements and specs - Cut lumber with a skill saw and assemble with hammer and nail gun - Use a speed square, measure accurately, and calculate angles and cuts - Help with pallet repair and general yard work as needed What we're looking for: - Carpentry experience — you know your way around a skill saw, nail gun, hammer, and speed square - Can measure, calculate angles, and cut accurately - Reliable — show up on time, do good work - Own transportation to our yard in Mullins, SC Pay & schedule: - $15–$20/hour depending on experience, paid weekly - Full-time or part-time — we're flexible - Full-time schedule: Monday–Thursday 7:30am–4:30pm, Friday 7:30am–1:30pm (early out Friday) - Start as soon as you're ready Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour Application Question(s): How much carpentry experience do you have, and what kind of work (framing, crates, furniture, etc.)?
