Cargo Van, Sprinter Van & Minivan Delivery Drivers Needed – Irving, TX (7 Days/Week)

Location: Irving, TX 75063 Type of Position: 1099 Independent Contractor Pay: $1.60 per large package $1.18 per small package $0.25 per mile Weekly pay (pay week runs Saturday–Friday, paid out the following Friday or Saturday depending on your bank) Description: True Haven Express is hiring reliable independent delivery drivers for ongoing, high-volume residential package routes out of our Irving, TX warehouse. Routes run 7 days a week, and we're looking for full-time and part-time drivers. This is not seasonal work. Approximately 80–120+ packages per route 75–150 miles per route Routes typically take 6–8 hours Mostly residential deliveries Drivers use their own vehicle: cargo vans, Sprinter vans, or minivans with removable seats Responsibilities: Report to the warehouse by 7:50 AM Safely deliver all packages on your assigned route Take clear proof-of-delivery photos Follow delivery instructions and route order Complete your route within the daily delivery window Requirements: Reliable cargo van, Sprinter van, or minivan with removable seats (SUVs and standard minivans not accepted) Valid Texas driver's license (must match the state you're driving in) Commercial liability insurance ($1M) and cargo insurance ($100,000) Smartphone required Dependable and punctual Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. Important: This is a performance-based contractor position. Drivers may be charged for delivery errors such as wrong addresses, missing packages, or damaged boxes, and for dropped routes or no-call/no-shows. Serious applicants only.
