Cargo Van Owner-Operators Wanted: Local Dedicated Delivery Routes (various locations) Hive Logistics Inc. | Indiana | Contract (1099) | up to $1700 per week Own a cargo van and want steady local work and predictable weekly pay? We’re building our roster of owner-operators for dedicated retail delivery routes launching in early 2027. Home every night, no OTR. EARN $1000-1700 PER WEEK Paid a flat daily rate of $200-240 per route , plus toll reimbursement with receipts. Your weekly income depends on how many routes you run, 5-7 days a week. GET PAID ON A SCHEDULE ✔ Weekly pay ✔ Optional: Daily pay option WHAT YOU’LL DO Run a dedicated local route with your own cargo van, about 10 hours a day and about 25-100 miles Deliver about 55 stops and 70 packages per route, door to door. Packages are non-perishable, nothing over 50 lbs Start between 6:00–10:00 AM at your assigned dispatch location. Exact time is set in advance Use the app provided at no cost to follow your route and capture proof-of-delivery photos Do a pre-trip vehicle check and keep your van clean and roadworthy Return any undelivered packages to the store the same day Meet on-time and quality standards, with weekly performance reviews REQUIREMENTS Your own white or gray cargo van : high-roof or mid-roof (Sprinter, ProMaster, Transit or similar), unbranded, clean and in good condition Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Pass a background check, MVR and drug screen Commercial auto insurance that meets our requirements Your own smartphone for the delivery app, and you cover your own fuel Reliable, professional, customer-focused, with good time management Experience with delivery or commercial driving preferred You can run routes 4-7 days a week, and, if you need days off, arrange a qualified relief driver who also passes screening WHY DRIVE WITH US?
