Cargo Van Owner Operator - Route Delivery

Duties Safely operate your cargo van to pick up and deliver packages across designated routes Load and unload on average 100 packages efficiently using manual techniques or dolly when necessary Ensure all shipments are secured properly to prevent damage during transit Provide excellent service by taking clear photos of each completed drop-off Follow all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies to ensure safe driving practices Experience Prior delivery driver experience with route driving Familiarity with warehouse operations and heavy lifting techniques Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally High volume delivery routes Route & Vehicle Requirements: Vehicles must be in very good condition . Accepted vehicles include Cargo Vans or Full-sized Sprinter Vans only Vehicles must be white or gray , with no logos, dents, or mismatched paint . Schedule & Expectations: Routes operate 5 days per week Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, & Sunday Start time: 6:00 AM (drivers must arrive at least 15 minutes early for loading) Routes are up to 12 hours per day , most average less. Depends on driver's efficiency. Route Details: Up to 175 miles per route , average of 100+ packages Deliveries are no-signature required (drop, take photo, and go) Drivers will use a proprietary phone application for loading, delivery route, and photo confirmation Physical Requirements: Ability to handle, lift, and transport packages weighing approximately 20 lbs each, with dimensions of approximately 12” x 12” x 8” Compensation: $3.10 per package, average of 100+ packages Earnings are directly tied to package volume . Drivers delivering 100 packages in a day will earn $310, 150 packages = $465 This role is perfect for proactive individuals eager to build their career in logistics while enjoying the flexibility of owning and driving their own vehicle.
