About the Opportunity
Duronyx Canada is actively recruiting reliable, motivated, and professional Cargo Van Owner-Operators to support last-mile parcel delivery operations throughout Whitby and the surrounding Durham Region.

Compensation & Incentives
• Estimated weekly earnings: $800–$1,680
• Approximately 100–150 parcels daily, subject to route availability
• $100 monthly gift card
• One complimentary oil change every month at our designated service shops
• Biweekly payments
• Opportunities to work 5–7 days per week
• Minimum three-month contractual engagement
Vehicle Requirements
Applicants must own or lease an approved full-size cargo van, including:
• GMC Savana
• Chevrolet Express
• Ford Transit (Full-Size)
• Mercedes-Benz Sprinter
• Ram ProMaster (Full-Size)
No Vehicle Age Restrictions: Vehicles of any model year are welcome, provided they are clean, presentable, mechanically sound, properly insured, and roadworthy.
Not Accepted: Ford Transit Connect, minivans, SUVs, sedans, and other compact vehicles.
Candidate Requirements
• Must own or lease an eligible full-size cargo van
• Valid Ontario G or G2 driver’s licence
• Acceptable three-year driver’s abstract
• Satisfactory criminal record check
• Proof of appropriate commercial vehicle insurance
• Smartphone capable of operating delivery applications
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Professional attitude and commitment to safe driving
Previous courier or parcel delivery experience is considered an asset but is not required.
Key Responsibilities
• Collect, organize, and deliver assigned parcels.
• Complete delivery routes safely and efficiently.
• Scan packages and maintain accurate electronic delivery records.
• Follow established operational and safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean, roadworthy, and properly insured vehicle.
• Cover fuel, insurance, repairs, and other vehicle operating expenses.
