Cargo Van Owner-Operator – Dedicated Delivery Route

TransUp Industries LLC is seeking dependable cargo van owner-operators for dedicated Walmart last-mile delivery routes in Sterling Heights, Chesterfield, Shelby Township, Rochester Hills, and surrounding areas. Routes are expected to begin November 11, 2026, and are currently scheduled through January 2, 2027. Continued opportunities may be available based on route availability and contractor performance. ROUTE INFORMATION Morning routes begin at approximately 9:00 AM Afternoon routes begin at approximately 1:00 PM Routes continue until all assigned packages have been completed Route sizes may vary and can include approximately 20–100 stops Packages may include oversized items Pay ranges from $225–$325 per completed route Exact pay depends on the route location and requirements Quick-pay options are available Drivers may indicate their preferred route location and start time RESPONSIBILITIES Pick up assigned packages from the designated Walmart location Scan, load, and organize packages inside the cargo van Deliver packages safely and accurately to customers Follow the assigned route using a smartphone and delivery applications Upload required delivery photos and status updates Communicate promptly with dispatch regarding delays, returns, or delivery issues Return undelivered packages according to route instructions Complete the assigned route safely and professionally REQUIREMENTS Must own, rent, or lease a dependable cargo van Minivans, SUVs, sedans, and pickup trucks do not qualify Valid driver’s license Reliable smartphone with active data service Ability to use GPS, scanning, and delivery applications Ability to lift and handle packages safely Dependable, punctual, and able to complete assigned routes Must accept the required driver invitation and complete the necessary app setup before receiving a route INDEPENDENT-CONTRACTOR INFORMATION This is an independent-contractor opportunity using your own cargo van. Contractors are responsible for their own fuel, insurance, registration, maintenance, repairs, taxes, and other vehicle-related operating expenses. Compensation is paid per completed route and is not hourly pay. Route assignments are based on availability and are not guaranteed until confirmed.
