Cargo van owner operator

Overview As a Cargo Van Owner Operator, you’ll use your vehicle and driving skills to move shipments safely and reliably. You’ll pick up, transport, and deliver goods while providing professional customer service and keeping delivery records current. This role suits an independent driver who values careful handling, clear communication, and dependable route execution. The route starts second week of November and it goes till the first week of January. POSSIBILITY OF SWITCHING TO YEAR ROUND ROUTE. APRX. 120 MILES A DAY, PAY STAYS THE SAME IF FINISHED EARLY, AND MAYBE OFFERED ANOTHER PARTIAL ROUTE WITH EXTRA PAY IF ACCEPTED... Responsibilities Pick up, load, secure, transport, and unload shipments; use safe lifting practices and appropriate material handling equipment. Follow assigned routes, use mobile devices for delivery updates, and document completed stops. Provide courteous customer service and communicate clearly about delivery status or issues. Your impact: Careful handling and reliable deliveries help customers receive their shipments safely and on schedule. Skills Required: Valid driving ability, commercial driving or delivery driver experience, route driving, and familiarity with van driver or courier work. Able to load and unload freight and apply workplace weight-handling and safe lifting practices. Comfortable using mobile devices and following delivery procedures, traffic and regulations.
