JOB TITLE: Cargo Van Operator OTR (ASAP HIRE) ($1,200-$2,000 + a week!!) IF INTERESTED, CALLS ARE PREFERRED 404 553 3462 ————————————————————————— Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Cargo Van Operator OTR (Over-the-Road) to join our team and drive with excellence in our logistics and delivery services. The cargo van you will be driving is a 2018 Ford Transit 250 Medium Roof with hard wood floors and customized with cruise control. We need a driver who is capable of driving all over the USA and major cities in CANADA! Looking to hire a driver who is ready to work in about two or three weeks time!!! PAYMENT $1,200-$2,000 or MORE it all depends on how many miles you can do a week! We are looking for a focused candidate that can work with us for at the very least a solid year. Duties Safely drive a cargo van for long-distance route driving, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations Driver must be timely in pick up and drop off locations Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in optimal condition for each journey Deliver packages accurately to customers’ locations, providing excellent customer service and addressing any questions or concerns professionally Plan routes effectively to optimize delivery times and fuel efficiency Operate a freight app, place bids on the cash we want to carry the freight, and be in great communication with dispatchers **Requirements** Valid driver’s license with no MVR violations in the last 5 years. (Makes the commercial insurance much cheaper) At least can commit to working with us for one solid year. Bonuses are available if you work with us longer and you are a reliable driver to keep on our fleet. You are ok with driving in winter months. Will be required to lift heavy items at random times, not often, but in certain circumstances Clean criminal background with valid U.S. passport on hand (So you can drive into Canada. This knocks out a lot of competition and unlocks higher pay because not everyone in this business owns a passport! Experience with OTR (over the road) driving is absolutely preferred. We would like someone who can knock down 700-1000 miles in a day if need arises. Can stay OTR for at least 1-2 months at a time, if you can stay out on the road for more time, * you will surely be prioritized above all candidates for hire* It’s preferred that you have an absence of numerous home responsibilities so you can hustle and stay on the road. The commercial insurance is rolling and our wheels as a fleet must also be rolling You are ok with sleeping in the van while on the road. Make the van as comfortable as you wish. Feel free to find hotels as well if you so desire. Proven experience in commercial driving, delivery driving, or route driving with a customer service Strong communication skills.
