Cargo Van Drivers: Non-CDL

Job Overview Since we operate nationwide, as a Cargo Van Driver, you’ll keep deliveries moving safely and reliably from warehouse to destination. You’ll drive a non-commercial driver’s license (non-CDL) cargo van or 26ft box truck, follow assigned routes, and provide professional service at each stop. The role may also involve box truck driving, personal vehicle delivery, and warehouse support, depending on operational needs. This is a hands-on position requiring safe driving, careful load handling, and clear communication. Responsibilities Drive delivery routes and follow traffic regulations, applicable Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations, and company safety procedures. Load and unload shipments, using safe lifting practices and material handling equipment such as a pallet jack; handle workplace weight requirements as directed (where applicable). Use mobile devices to review routes, record delivery details, and communicate updates. Provide courteous customer service and complete deliveries accurately and on schedule. Support warehouse operations, including moving and organizing materials, when needed. Qualifications Required: Valid driver’s license appropriate for the assigned vehicle, safe driving habits, and ability to perform manual handling and heavy lifting. Preferred: Delivery driver, courier, van driver, route driving, commercial driving, commercial truck driving, box truck, or personal vehicle delivery experience. Warehouse experience and familiarity with warehouse operations, material handling equipment, pallet jacks, and load-and-unload procedures are helpful. Ability to follow safe lifting practices, use mobile devices, and work professionally with customers. Manual transmission experience is helpful where applicable.
