Cargo Van Delivery Contractor (1099) – MN | Package-Based Compensation | Immediate Openings Highwood Express is looking for dependable independent contractors with their own cargo van to service dedicated delivery routes throughout the Twin Cities Metro Area. This is scheduled delivery work—not gig or app-based delivery. Contractors are assigned a route and expected to provide reliable, professional service. COMPENSATION Package-Based Compensation — Up to $200/Day Compensation is based on the number of packages assigned to the route Earnings vary based on route volume and delivery requirements Consistent package volume Opportunity to earn up to $200 per day Monthly service/performance bonus opportunities ROUTE DETAILS Delivery Area: Twin Cities Metro Area Pickup Location: Varies by assigned route Pickup Time: Approximately 6:00 AM Routes are primarily residential and assigned in advance. VEHICLE REQUIREMENT Cargo Van REQUIRED. You must provide your own qualifying cargo van. ❌ No sedans ❌ No SUVs ❌ No pickup trucks Applicants without a qualifying cargo van will not be considered.
