Hiring Cargo Van Owners & 10'–16' Box Truck Owners | Flexible Scheduling | Two Delivery Opportunities We are expanding our last-mile delivery team throughout the Greater Phoenix area and looking for reliable owner-operators with cargo vans, high-roof vans, or 10'–16' box trucks. ONE REGISTRATION, TWO DELIVERY OPPORTUNITIES! Drivers with high-roof cargo vans or 10'–16' box trucks are welcome to participate in BOTH opportunities , depending on vehicle eligibility. Option 1 – Bulky Item Delivery: Additional earning opportunities with routes assigned as needed, based on availability. Option 2 – Walmart Delivery: Consistent scheduling opportunities with hourly pay. Drivers can maintain a regular Walmart delivery schedule while accepting additional bulky-item routes whenever available. OPTION 1: Bulky Item Delivery – $300+ Per Route Earnings: $300+ per route (based on completed stops) Pay Structure: Per stop Cargo: Furniture, e-bikes, and other bulky merchandise weighing approximately 75–150+ lbs per box Service Area: Greater Phoenix, AZ Mileage: Approximately 90–150 miles per route Operating Days: Monday–Sunday Operating Window: 5:00 AM–12:00 AM Route Duration: Approximately 6–8 hours Vehicle Required: High-roof cargo van or larger, including eligible box trucks Availability: Routes offered as needed; assignments depend on demand OPTION 2: Walmart Delivery – $25 Per Hour Pay: $25 per hour Cargo: Lighter Walmart boxed orders Service Areas: Phoenix, Gilbert, Mesa, Tempe, Scottsdale, Peoria, and Maricopa, AZ Mileage: Varies by route assignment Operating Days: Monday–Sunday Scheduling Window: 8:00 PM–10:00 PM Route Duration: Approximately 4–8 hours Vehicle Required: Regular cargo van or larger, including eligible box trucks Vehicle Color: Solid black, white, blue, or gray exterior Availability: Consistent scheduling opportunities, subject to route demand Why Join Our Team?
