Job Overview Splash Logistics Group is seeking serious, reliable Cargo Van Owner-Operators for delivery routes. Drivers can expect approximately 40–60+ parcels per route, delivering to residential and commercial locations. Packages may weigh up to 50lbs or more, so drivers must be comfortable with frequent lifting and handling. Access to a dolly is strongly recommended, not ALL packages are heavy. NO CAPPED EARNINGS! We are looking for dependable contractors who are ready to work, communicate professionally, and consistently complete assigned routes. Responsibilities Safely operate your cargo van throughout assigned delivery routes Pick up, load cargo van and deliver approximately 40–60+ parcels per route Deliver to both residential and commercial properties Load and unload packages, including heavy items weighing 50 lbs Use a dolly, hand truck, or other appropriate equipment when needed Follow assigned routes and delivery instructions Use a smartphone for navigation, communication, scanning, and delivery confirmation Take accurate proof-of-delivery photos and complete required delivery documentation Maintain professional communication with dispatch and customers Complete assigned deliveries safely and efficiently Maintain your vehicle in safe and reliable operating condition Contractor Requirements Must have a reliable cargo van or Sprinter-style van Valid driver’s license Current vehicle registration and insurance Reliable smartphone with data service Must be physically capable of handling under or over 50 lb packages Dolly/hand truck strongly recommended Must be dependable and able to complete assigned routes Must communicate professionally with dispatch Delivery, courier, final-mile, warehouse, moving, or logistics experience is preferred but not required Compensation & Opportunity $4.20 per successful delivery ($4.50 after 60days with company) 1099 Independent Contractor Paid based on successful deliveries Approximately 40–60+ parcels per route No capped earnings — complete more successful deliveries and increase your daily earning potential Consistent route opportunities available for dependable contractors Who We’re Looking For We are looking for serious Cargo Van Owner-Operators who are ready to work.
