Cargo and Freight Agent

Overview: Bullit is an asset-based expedited freight provider. We are looking for individuals with existing relationships inside West Michigan manufacturing companies who can introduce us to shippers that actively use—or periodically require—expedite services. This role is purely relationship-driven . The primary value of the candidate is their network and access to decision-makers. Bullit Team can handle all pricing, operations, and execution once introductions are made. This position can be part-time, commission-based, or structured as a contract engagement. What This Role Is A relationship and introduction role Focused on West Michigan manufacturers Centered on expedited freight needs Not a cold-calling or full sales role Not an operations-heavy position Responsibilities Introduce Bullit Team to manufacturing shippers that utilize expedited freight services Leverage existing relationships to open conversations with logistics, supply chain, or operations leaders Facilitate warm handoffs to the Bullit Team sales and operations teams Maintain ongoing relationships to support long-term partnerships (Optional, based on interest and experience) Assist with order entry or dispatch coordination on select accounts Ideal Candidate Profile Strong, existing relationships with shippers Familiarity with expedited freight or time-critical transportation Currently works in, or has worked closely with, manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, or operations teams Trusted by decision-makers and able to make warm introductions Comfortable working on a commission or contract basis Requirements Proven connections within manufacturing or industrial companies in West Michigan Understanding of expedited transportation services Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to identify when expedited freight is needed and connect the right people Why Bullit Team Asset-based expedite carrier with in-house execution Competitive pay No operational burden placed on the connector Flexible engagement structure Clear alignment: your network is the value Pay: $500.00 - $1,000.00 per week Work Location: Remote
