Caregiver / Companion & Client Transportation — Part-Time to Full-Time

Soteria Lifestyle Concierge is growing, and we’re hiring two dependable, compassionate caregivers to support clients in the Chandler area. We’re looking for people who communicate well, follow through on commitments, and help clients stay safe, independent, and connected to their community. Responsibilities Safely drive clients to and from appointments, errands, social events, and other outings. Provide companionship and encourage meaningful social engagement. Support clients living with diabetes by following their established care instructions and promptly reporting concerns. Provide medication reminders according to each client’s schedule and care plan. Prepare meals or provide light housekeeping when included in the client’s service plan. Document visits and promptly report changes in a client’s condition, concerns, or schedule to the Soteria team. Respect each client’s dignity, privacy, preferences, and independence. Communicate clearly and consistently with clients, families, and the Soteria team. ASL assignment: One opening will support a client who communicates using American Sign Language (ASL). Strong ASL communication skills are required for that assignment. Please include your ASL experience or proficiency level when applying. Applicants without ASL skills may be considered for the other opening. Qualifications Experience supporting people living with diabetes. Experience providing medication reminders. Valid driver’s license and a driving record that meets our insurance requirements. Ability to safely transport clients; transportation arrangements will be discussed during the interview. Reliable, flexible, and dedicated, with strong communication and follow-through. Caregiving, companion care, or client-service experience. Preferred Experience supporting clients with dementia or memory-care needs. Current CPR and First Aid certification.
