Belmont VillageABOUT THE ROLE This is an early career role for a Capital Projects Coordinator with minimal prior experience required - recent graduates welcome! The Capital Projects Coordinator will support the capital expenditure program across Belmont Village's national portfolio of senior living communities. Reporting to the Senior Director of Capital Expenditures, this role is the operational backbone of the team keeping projects on track, procurement coordinated, and leadership informed through clear reporting and polished presentations. This position is heavily rooted in facilities asset management. Early career internships in Hospitality or Corporate Real Estate asset management with an interest in growth and understanding of capital improvements and facility operations is expected. Compensation for this position is an annual salary aligned with an entry-level early career position. TYPICAL RESPONSIBILITIES Reporting & Tracking Own the preparation and distribution of routine capex reports on a consistent schedule — weekly, monthly, and quarterly — ensuring leadership and stakeholders always have current, accurate information to stay on track Maintain and update capex tracking across all Belmont Village communities Monitor project timelines, flag delays, and escalate as needed Learn and work in our financial and project systems Presentations Build PowerPoint presentations for leadership updates and annual capex requests Translate data and project summaries into clean, executive-ready decks Support leadership in preparing materials for ownership reviews Unit Renovation Administration Assist in managing the unit renovation pipeline across communities Coordinate with Unit Renovation Program vendors to issue purchase orders, track orders, inventory, and delivery schedules. Coordinate scheduling between Senior Director of Capital Expenditures, Executive Directors and Building Engineers. Maintain renovation records and ensure documentation is current Budget Support Assist in annual capex budget preparation and tracking Reconcile actual spend against approved budgets Flag variances and support forecasting updates MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Hospitality, Construction Management, Finance, Operations, or a related discipline This is an entry level early career opportunity and compensation is aligned with 0-3 years of experience in project coordination, operations, real estate, hospitality, senior living, facilities management or a related field Prior internship or work experience in real estate, hospitality, senior living or facilities management makes you a strong candidate but isn't required Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel - able to build polished, data-driven decks independently Highly organized, proactive, polished communicator with the ability to create executive-ready presentations Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail, meeting deadlines, and coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders Ability to travel up to 20% annually WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE In the first 90 days, the Capital Projects Coordinator has a clear handle on the project pipeline, is producing…
