Position Summary: Responsible for the development, management, and optimization of truck transportation capacity. This role manages carrier qualifications and contracts within finance and legal systems, ensuring stable capacity supply, controlled transportation costs, and service quality to support continuous business growth. Responsibilities： - Manage carrier contract execution, renewals, and day-to-day carrier management. - Maintain carrier information in the TMS system and regularly track and update insurance and other qualification documents. - Collaborate with the Finance team to maintain carrier rate sheets and support freight settlement and reconciliation. - Work with the legal team to upload, track, and maintain contracts within the legal system. - Partner with transit time monitoring, dispatch operations, and warehouse teams to oversee carrier service performance. - Monitor carrier performance, capacity utilization, and service exceptions, driving issue resolution and continuous improvement. - Track U.S. trucking market trends and rate movements, providing sourcing strategies and cost optimization recommendations. Requirements： - Bachelor’s degree or above; major in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation Management, or related fields preferred. - 1–3 years of experience in trucking, capacity sourcing, or carrier management preferred; requirements may be relaxed for strong entry-level recent graduates candidates. - Familiar with the U.S. trucking market, rate structures, and carrier operating models. - Strong negotiation skills, cost awareness, and data analysis capabilities. - Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. - Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and related office tools.
