Cannabis MIP Packaging and Post Production Associate

Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cannabis MIP Packaging and Post Production Associate to join our manufacturing team. This role will be part time and will include some nights and weekends. You will be responsible for ensuring the accurate packaging, labeling, and post-production processing of cannabis products in compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Your proactive approach will help maintain efficient production workflows while contributing to a fast-paced and innovative team. Duties Operate efficiently, ensuring all products are correctly labeled and packaged according to standard operating procedures (SOPs). Interpret production documents, including batch records, work orders, and quality control reports, to ensure accurate processing and documentation. Perform heavy lifting and warehouse operations such as loading, unloading and organizing materials. Assist with post-production activities including quality inspections, product sorting, labeling verification, and inventory management within the warehouse. Support manufacturing standard operating procedures by maintaining cleanliness, organization, and compliance throughout the packaging area. Qualifications Prior experience working in a manufacturing facility or other regulated license type. Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and data entry related to production documentation. Knowledge of cannabis manufacturing is a plus. Strong adherence to safety protocols in a fast-paced environment Excellent attention to detail when interpreting production documents and following SOPs. Demonstrated ability to work individually & collaboratively within a team while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Denver Food Safety/Handler certification and allergen certificate. MED occupational license. Reliable transportation.
