Trees Dispensary Englewood, CO Job Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm Compensation: Hourly + Tips About the Role We need someone who treats a product delivery like it's a fire drill — urgent, focused, and nothing sits in a box longer than it has to. Our Englewood store is high volume. Deliveries are frequent and product on a shelf makes money while product in a back room absolutely does not. We need an Inventory Intake Lead who gets that — someone who can move with intention, count without losing their place, and has the organizational instincts of someone who genuinely enjoys a well-labeled shelf. The job is simple: product hits the door, and it needs to hit the floor. Fast. Accurate. Done. What You'll Do Receive, verify, and process all incoming product deliveries at our flagship store Check invoices against delivered inventory with accuracy Enter product into our POS system and get it onto the floor without delay Maintain a clean, organized receiving and storage area Coordinate with budtenders and management on incoming stock priorities so the right stuff hits the floor first Flag discrepancies, shortages, or damaged product immediately and document everything Keep thorough records of all deliveries and inventory movements Support general inventory counts and audits as needed Must have a positive attitude and fit our team player mindset What We're Looking For Organized A natural sense of urgency — you don't need to be told twice that product sitting in the back isn't doing anyone any favors Ability to work independently, manage your time, and keep things moving without someone standing over your shoulder Strong attention to detail — the kind where you notice a count is off before anyone tells you Experience with cannabis retail, dispensary POS systems, or inventory management is a serious plus MED badge required Must be 21+ per Colorado state regulations Reliable, on time, and not the person who needs five more minutes when there's a delivery truck out back Compensation This is a tipped position. You'll earn an hourly base wage plus tips through our staff tip pool. What that means for you: your take-home reflects the energy you bring. We think that's a fair deal. Schedule Monday through Friday, 8am–5pm. Your weekends stay yours.
