We are growing our team and looking for a motivated Fulfillment Coordinator to join our operations. Position Overview: This position is responsible for ensuring customer orders are accurately picked, packaged, prepared, and ready for delivery. The Fulfillment Coordinator will manage order processing, create and maintain transportation manifests through METRC, coordinate delivery routes with internal drivers and third-party transportation providers, and ensure all transfers are completed accurately and in compliance with Missouri cannabis regulations. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, communicates effectively, and can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Order Fulfillment & Inventory Coordination Coordinate daily wholesale order fulfillment based on incoming customer orders. Pull, verify, organize, and stage products for scheduled deliveries. Ensure orders are accurately picked, packaged, labeled, and prepared for transport. Verify product quantities, SKUs, batch information, and inventory against order documentation. Communicate with production and inventory teams regarding product availability and fulfillment needs. Maintain an organized and efficient fulfillment and staging area. METRC & Regulatory Compliance Create and manage transportation manifests in METRC for outgoing product transfers. Verify product quantities, package tags, destinations, and transfer information before manifesting. Ensure all transfers are accurately documented and processed in accordance with Missouri DHSS regulations. Maintain accurate transfer records and supporting documentation. Identify and communicate discrepancies or inventory issues before products leave the facility. Transportation & Route Coordination Coordinate daily delivery schedules and routes for internal transportation. Communicate with third-party transportation providers to schedule pickups, deliveries, and order handoffs. Prepare and distribute manifests and delivery documentation to drivers and transportation partners. Confirm delivery schedules, pickup windows, and order readiness. Communicate delivery changes, delays, and issues to appropriate internal teams and customers when needed. Track delivery completion and ensure all necessary transfer documentation is properly closed out. Communication & Administrative Support Serve as the primary point of contact for fulfillment and transportation coordination. Maintain clear communication between sales, customer service, production, inventory, and transportation teams. Provide order status updates and communicate fulfillment issues or delays. Maintain organized records of completed orders, manifests, and deliveries. Identify opportunities to improve fulfillment processes, route efficiency, and overall operational workflow. Qualifications & Requirements Previous experience in fulfillment, warehouse operations, logistics, inventory management, or transportation coordination preferred. Experience with METRC cannabis tracking software strongly preferred. Knowledge of Missouri cannabis compliance and transportation requirements is a plus. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable working with spreadsheets, inventory systems, and order management platforms. Ability to work independently and take ownership of daily responsibilities. Must meet all applicable Missouri cannabis industry employment and agent requirements. Preferred Experience Cannabis manufacturing or dispensary distribution experience.
