Overview Country Grown Cannabis is looking for budtenders! We are looking for someone who is excited to learn and be a part of a growing industry Full time position available as well as part time Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance based on their preferences and needs Educate customers on product features, effects, and usage through engaging product demos and clear communication Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system efficiently to process retail sales transactions accurately Manage cash register operations, including cash handling, cash drawer balancing, and retail math calculations Organize displays, and ensure the store is clean, well-merchandised, and fully stocked at all times Assist with medical card sign ups/renewals Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and inventory counts Follow all safety protocols and store policies to ensure a secure shopping environment Requirements Prior retail sales experience, preferably in grocery stores or similar fast-paced environments Strong communication skills with the ability to explain product details clearly and confidently Experience with POS systems, cash register operations, cashiering, and retail transactions Familiarity with cannabis or related products is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and balancing cash drawers Pay: From $16.00 per hour Benefits: Employee discount Work Location: In person
