Cannabis Concierge

Job Summary We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Cannabis Concierge to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as the friendly face and expert guide for customers exploring our premium cannabis products. Your passion for education, exceptional customer service skills, and ability to create a welcoming environment will ensure every guest has a memorable experience. As a Cannabis Concierge, you will provide personalized recommendations, assist with product selection, and promote responsible consumption while maintaining compliance with all legal regulations. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide engaging, informative assistance regarding cannabis products and accessories Educate guests on product effects, usage methods, and safety guidelines to support responsible consumption Assist with product merchandising, inventory management, and stock replenishment to ensure an appealing store presentation Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cash handling, sales transactions, and receipts Upsell complementary products and accessories to enhance customer satisfaction and sales performance Maintain cleanliness, organization, and filing of records in accordance with company policies and legal standards Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations, including time management and organizational tasks Handle heavy lifting when necessary for stock movement or inventory management while following safety protocols Requirements Proven experience in retail sales or hospitality environments with strong customer service skills Multilingual abilities, especially fluency in English and French, are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications such as Excel for record keeping and reporting purposes Basic math skills for cash handling, POS operation, and transaction accuracy Excellent communication skills to effectively educate customers and promote products Ability to operate computer systems efficiently and manage filing or organizational tasks Physical ability to perform heavy lifting safely when required for stock movement or inventory tasks Strong organizational skills combined with time management capabilities to prioritize tasks effectively Bilingual (English/French) preferred; additional language skills are a plus Previous experience in retail sales, merchandising, or a customer-focused role within hospitality or similar industries is advantageous Join us as a Cannabis Concierge and be part of an innovative team dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences while promoting responsible use.
