Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and reliable Can Runner to join our dynamic warehouse team! Responsibilities Safely load and unload cans and materials using appropriate equipment such as pallet jacks, clamp trucks, forklifts, or cranes. Assist with order picking by retrieving items from storage areas according to pick lists or scanning systems. Support shipping and receiving processes by ensuring accurate loading and unloading of goods. Operate material handling equipment including RF scanners, forklifts, clamp trucks, and heavy lifting tools while adhering to safety protocols. Maintain inventory accuracy through proper handling, manual counting, and documentation of materials. Follow OSHA safety guidelines and warehouse safety protocols during all activities to prevent accidents. Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to ensure efficient workflow and proper storage of goods. Skills Proven experience in warehouse distribution, order picking, or materials handling. Ability to operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, cranes, pallet jacks, clamp trucks, and load/unload machinery safely. Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and RF scanners for accurate tracking. Manual handling skills with a focus on heavy lifting and safe material movement. Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities accurately. Familiarity with warehouse operations including shipping & receiving procedures.
