Responsibilities Efficiently load and unload materials using appropriate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks, clamp trucks, forklifts, and cranes. Pick orders accurately using RF scanners and manual methods to ensure correct shipments. Transport materials across the warehouse to designated areas while adhering to safety protocols and OSHA regulations. Assist with inventory management by tracking stock levels, conducting cycle counts, and updating records accurately. Support shipping and receiving operations by preparing goods for dispatch and verifying incoming shipments against purchase orders. Operate heavy equipment safely for lifting, stacking, or moving large or heavy items requiring heavy lifting techniques. Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize workflow, maintain safety standards, and improve operational efficiency. Requirements Prior experience in warehouse distribution or similar logistics environments is highly preferred. Demonstrated ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, clamp trucks, cranes, and other heavy machinery safely. Knowledge of inventory management systems and RF scanners for order picking and tracking. Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting in compliance with safety protocols. Basic math skills for measuring, counting, and verifying quantities accurately. Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
