The Campaign Operations Specialist plays a critical role in maximizing the performance and reach of global marketing campaigns across priority personas, verticals, and regional markets. This role combines hands-on campaign coordination, digital performance optimization, and AI-enabled content scaling—ideal for a digitally savvy marketer who thrives on data-driven results, operational excellence, and continuous optimization.
You will coordinate campaign operations for the WSS business segment, including paid advertising management, campaign calendar management, performance reporting, and AI-powered content adaptation. Working closely with marketing teams and platform owners, you'll ensure campaigns deliver measurable results and help create standardized processes to efficiently scale content across global markets.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Campaign & Digital Advertising Management
- Own and maintain the global campaign calendar to ensure visibility on timelines, asset readiness, cross-functional dependencies, and capacity planning across regions.
- Proactively identify risks or gaps and propose solutions to protect campaign performance and adoption rates.
- Coordinate campaign launches with regional marketing teams through clear communication and proactive issue resolution.
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max) and LinkedIn Ads to drive qualified lead generation and meet ROAS targets.
- Develop targeting strategies, ad creative, and landing page optimization based on personas, industries, and account lists; conduct A/B testing to continuously improve performance.
- Manage campaign budgets, monitor daily performance (CTR, CPC, Quality Score), and make data-driven optimizations to maximize conversion rates and reduce cost-per-lead.
- Ensure conversion tracking and marketing attribution best practices are implemented across all variants of global campaigns and launches.
Analytics, Reporting & Optimization
- Create campaign performance reports and dashboards for key personas, verticals, and regions; identify optimization opportunities and provide actionable recommendations.
- Conduct quarterly content and website audits analyzing traffic, engagement, conversions, attribution performance, and SEO/GEO gaps; partner with teams to update landing pages and digital experiences.
- Monitor advertising KPIs and attribution data; present insights and ROI analysis to stakeholders.
- Support testing and experimentation by documenting results and learnings to continuously improve campaign performance.
AI-Enabled Content Scaling & Operations
- Leverage AI tools, assistants, and prompts to rapidly adapt and localize campaign content for different personas, verticals, regions, and languages while maintaining brand voice.
- Create scalable content variations for emails, ads, landing pages, social posts, and sales enablement materials using AI workflows combined with human review and quality control.
- Manage digital asset organization using metadata and taxonomy standards to improve content discoverability and adoption across regions.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, product, and external agencies to ensure messaging alignment and brand consistency across all campaigns.
- Support internal enablement by sharing campaign best practices, performance insights, and process improvements with regional marketing teams.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; or equivalent B2B marketing experience.
- 2–4 years of digital marketing and/or marketing operations experience with hands-on campaign management and demonstrated results.
- Proven experience managing Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns including targeting, budget management, and performance optimization.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, conversion tracking, UTM parameters, and campaign attribution.
- Understanding of digital advertising KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS, Quality Score) and budget management principles.
- Proficiency with marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot), CMS platforms, and familiarity with SEO/SEM best practices.
- Experience using AI-enabled tools (Writer.com, Jasper.AI, Copilot, ChatGPT) for content creation or adaptation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present data-driven insights to stakeholders.
- Self-starter who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in fast-paced, global team environments.
Preferred
- B2B or industrial/business services marketing experience.
- Google Ads and/or LinkedIn Marketing Labs certifications.
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (Salesforce, Dynamics, Marketo, or equivalents) as well as content and digital asset management systems.
- Knowledge of persona-based marketing, ABM (Account-Based Marketing), or lead scoring models.
- Exposure to programmatic advertising, retargeting campaigns, or multi-regional content localization.
Success Measures
- Drive quarterly improvements in global campaign performance, operational efficiency, and internal campaign adoption across markets.
- Achievement of paid advertising KPI targets (CTR, conversion rate, cost-per-lead, ROAS) with positive ROI and clear pipeline attribution.
- Increased qualified lead volume and improved lead quality from digital campaigns; continuous improvement in Google Ads Quality Scores.
- Higher engagement rates and conversion optimization on website content and landing pages.
- Scalable, high-quality persona- and region-specific content produced efficiently using AI workflows, following brand guidelines.
- Increased adoption and utilization of global marketing assets with positive feedback on content organization and accessibility.

The estimated salary range for this position is $70,000 to $80,000 plus bonus. Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills, experience, and work location, and is not typically at the top of the range.
