Campbell, KY. This is an exciting opportunity to play a critical role in coordinating communications and ensuring smooth, efficient operations in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Receive, process, and dispatch incoming calls in a timely and professional manner Coordinate communication between field personnel, units, and relevant departments Monitor and track active calls, service requests, and response statuses Maintain accurate logs and records of all calls, dispatches, and communications Prioritize and escalate urgent or emergency calls according to established protocols Operate radio, telephone, and computer-aided dispatch (CAD) systems effectively Provide clear and concise information to responders and personnel in the field Requirements: Prior experience in dispatching, call center operations, or a related communications role preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills with a calm, professional demeanor Ability to multitask and remain composed in high-pressure or emergency situations Proficiency with dispatch software, CAD systems, or radio communication equipment Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to obtain and maintain required security clearance or base access for Ft.
