Location: Ontario, CA – Serving Southern California Employment Type: Independent Contractor (1099) Average Gross Pay: $400 per route Work Schedule: Monday–Sunday | Flexible availability Estimated Route Duration: 8–10 hours Estimated Daily Mileage: 150–200 miles About the Opportunity We are expanding our delivery network across Southern California and looking for independent owner-operators equipped with high-roof cargo vans or box trucks. This opportunity focuses on the transportation and delivery of oversized bulky household products. Warehouse Pickup: Ontario, California Routes and delivery locations vary based on operational demand. Vehicle Qualifications: Personally owned or operated high-roof cargo van or larger commercial delivery vehicle. Box trucks are accepted. Valid driver's license, current registration, and appropriate insurance. Access to a hand truck or dolly for handling large packages. Low-roof cargo vans, passenger vans, minivans, and personal cars are not eligible. Physical Capabilities: This is a physically demanding delivery opportunity. Packages average approximately 100 lbs, and some may exceed that weight. Drivers must be prepared to move large merchandise safely, use suitable material-handling equipment, and arrange assistance when required. Daily Operations As an independent delivery contractor, you will: Report to the Ontario pickup facility for assigned routes. Verify shipment quantities and package conditions. Organize and secure merchandise inside your vehicle. Complete deliveries according to assigned routing instructions. Scan shipments and submit accurate proof of delivery. Maintain communication with dispatch throughout the route. Report delivery exceptions, damaged merchandise, or customer access issues promptly. Earnings & Availability Actual gross earnings depend on assigned routes and completed work. Contractors cover their own fuel, maintenance, insurance, and other operating costs.
