Job Summary Devoción is seeking a detail-oriented Coffee Inventory Controller to oversee coffee bean inventory, monitor product availability, and support efficient stock management across coffee operations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, an understanding of coffee products, and experience maintaining accurate inventory records. This role helps ensure that coffee beans, beverage ingredients, packaging, and other essential supplies are properly tracked and available when needed. Common Job Roles Coffee Inventory Controller Coffee Stock Control Specialist Inventory Management Coordinator Coffee Supply Associate Warehouse Inventory Clerk Beverage Inventory Specialist Key Responsibilities Monitor and maintain inventory levels of coffee beans and related supplies. Track incoming and outgoing coffee products and record inventory movements. Coordinate with purchasing teams to maintain adequate stock levels. Inspect incoming coffee deliveries for quantity, packaging condition, and product accuracy. Maintain accurate records of coffee varieties, batch numbers, and storage locations. Monitor product freshness and follow appropriate storage procedures. Identify low-stock items, discrepancies, and potential inventory shortages. Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile records with physical stock. Coordinate with café and warehouse teams to understand supply requirements. Prepare inventory reports and communicate stock updates to management. Support efficient stock rotation and help minimize product waste. Follow established quality, safety, and storage procedures. Qualifications and Requirements Previous experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, purchasing, or retail is preferred. Knowledge of coffee products or food and beverage inventory is an advantage. Strong data-entry, recordkeeping, and organizational skills. Basic proficiency with spreadsheets and inventory management systems. Ability to inspect deliveries and identify quantity discrepancies. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Good communication and teamwork skills. Ability to manage multiple inventory tasks and deadlines.
