JOB SUMMARY The Service Technician is responsible for performing cabinetry service, repair, and adjustment work at customer and job-site locations. This position diagnosis and resolves issues involving cabinetry, molding, trim, hardware, and related components while providing professional and responsive customer service. Requirements: ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES ( include the following. Other duties may be assigned.) Follow established safety/OSHA rules to maintain a safe and clean workplace environment. Ability to understand and install cabinetry per layout. Work with deadlines to complete the scheduled tasks. Must have all tools to complete the job as required (cordless tools plus) Ability to work with and around other trades while completing work. Must have a cell phone. Reliable transportation. High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of one (1) year of cabinetry service work, cabinetry installation, and/or finish cabinetry experience preferred. Experience with homebuilders. Attention to detail. Strong communication and customer service skills. Valid drivers license with the ability to meet company motor vehicle standards. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Ability to read and interpret measurements, specifications and project documentation. Ability to follow installation guidelines. Vision : Ability to inspect products, workmanship, measurements, and installation quality and identify deficiencies or variances from standards.
