Cabinet Maker/Installer/Handyman

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and motivated Cabinet Maker, Installer, and Handyman to join our dynamic team. In this multifaceted role, you will be responsible for crafting, installing, and repairing custom cabinetry, furniture, and various fixtures across residential and commercial projects. Your expertise will ensure high-quality craftsmanship, precise installation, and efficient completion of projects. Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute cabinet fabrication and installation. Measure spaces precisely and cut materials using hand tools and power tools to ensure perfect fit and finish. Install cabinets, countertops, shelving, drywall, flooring, tile, siding, roofing, and other fixtures with attention to detail. Perform concrete forming, rebar installation, masonry work, and drywall repairs as needed for renovation or restoration projects. Handle heavy lifting safely while maintaining proper use of tools such as CNC machines, woodworking equipment, and construction hand tools. Conduct plumbing or electrical work where required for integrated installations or repairs. Apply finishing techniques including painting, caulking, sanding, and touch-ups to achieve professional results. Assist with construction estimating by assessing project scope and materials needed. Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of debris responsibly. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion while adhering to safety standards. Experience Proven experience in carpentry, woodworking, or related construction fields with a strong portfolio of completed projects. Familiarity with blueprint reading and schematics for various building components. Hands-on experience with cabinet installation, drywall repair, flooring installation (including tile laying), siding work, roofing, and concrete forming. Knowledge of construction painting techniques and caulking for finishing touches. Ability to operate power tools such as CNC machines, saws, drills, sanders, and other woodworking equipment safely. Experience with plumbing or electrical systems is a plus but not mandatory. Prior handyman experience demonstrating versatility across multiple trades is highly valued. Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and working at heights or confined spaces when necessary. Basic understanding of construction estimating processes for material procurement and project planning.
