These are high-impact Procurement Buyer roles supporting our vehicles and will be responsible for end-to-end management of purchasing and subcontracting activities. You will lead the full life cycle from sourcing and competitive negotiations through contract award, compliance, and supplier performance management. In this role, you will help secure critical materials and services that meet stringent quality, cost, and schedule requirements, directly enabling our ability to deliver mission-ready systems to the warfighter. Let’s shape the future of General Dynamic What You Need to Bring: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business or related field 3 plus years experience in a Buyer role Proficiency with Oracle and/or related MRP business systems desired. Demonstrated negotiation skills. Must have strong oral and written communication skills and demonstrated problem solving ability. Have a solid understanding of procurement processes and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Experience working in a team environment to achieve shared objectives and performance metrics along with working autonomously. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage heavy workload. High level of business ethics, integrity and professional conduct.
