About this opportunity:
Assist the Buyer with seasonal product selections, ensuring alignment with Aje’s brand and customer preferences.
Support the buying process by preparing order documents, purchase orders, and managing supplier communications.
Track and follow up on product samples, approvals, and production timelines to ensure timely deliveries.
Maintain accurate product and supplier information, assisting with pricing, purchase orders, and contract management.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, competitor activity, and market trends to provide insights that inform buying decisions.
Collaborate with design, production, and merchandising teams to ensure consistency across collections and product strategy.
Assist with range reviews, showroom preparations, and buying presentations.
Coordinate with logistics and suppliers to ensure efficient delivery and resolve any stock or supply issues.
You will bring:
A passion for contemporary fashion and strong knowledge of industry trends.
Excellent organizational and administrative skills with a keen eye for detail.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to manage data and support decision-making.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Previous experience in buying, wholesale, or merchandising is an advantage but not required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with suppliers and internal teams.
