Responsibilities Consult with home buyers, educate them to prepare a home search strategy Schedule showings, show homes, and go to open houses for potential buyers Keep you buyer agent informed about the search process and action items Ensure potential home buyers are well-informed about their local housing market Contact and follow-up with pre-qualified leads to assess their wants and needs in a home Qualifications Personable, optimistic, and eager to learn Dependable car and a valid driver's license Highly available and adaptable to meet Buyer schedules A plus = success in customer service or a related real estate field Goal-oriented with a strong track record of achievement Must hold a Delaware or Pennsylvania real estate license before client interactions (inquire about our FREE real estate school!)
