For more information, please visit http://www.emeraldx.com. I. Buyer Relations Manager (70%) 1. Objective The Buyer Relations Manager will oversee, maintain, and expand the attendee database. This role drives attendee growth, manages the hosted buyer program, and coordinates show logistics to maximize retail attendance and brand engagement across all events. 2. Schedule of Events The scope encompasses all current and future portfolio events, including: Bi-Annual Shows: January and July (Huntington Beach, CA) Future Expansion: April (Miami, FL), launching in 2027 3. Core Responsibilities & Deliverables Database Management & Lead Generation Database Maintenance: Oversee, update, and continuously clean the master buyer database. Lead Acquisition: Research and inject new qualified prospects into the database using brand stockist lists, competitor show rosters, and digital research. Buyer Engagement & Audience Growth Targeted Outreach: Execute continuous individual outreach to existing and prospective buyers. Growth Metrics: Drive strategic initiatives to increase pre-registration and onsite buyer attendance 10% year-over-year for every show. Concierge Support: Assist registered buyers with show schedules, preparation, and strategic introductions to specific brands or categories. Registration & Qualifications Credentialing: Review, approve, or deny all incoming new buyer applications based on vetting criteria. Data Entry: Register retail buyers manually via the backend system or through physical registration forms. Communications: Issue prompt, automated, or manual welcome and approval emails upon registration. Hosted Buyer Program & Budgeting Logistics Management: Coordinate all flight and hotel bookings for qualified hosted buyers. Financial Control: Maintain, track, and strictly control the allocated hosted buyer budget. Cross-Functional Collaboration Marketing Alignment: Partner with Marketing to execute email blasts, refine messaging, and highlight key retailers. Operations Coordination: Work with Marketing and Operations to execute VIP gift bags and hotel room drops. Brand Relations: Collaborate directly with exhibiting brands to address specific retailer needs and facilitate connections. Reporting & Analytics Performance Tracking: Compile and distribute weekly registration dashboards and active retailer lists to leadership. II. Account Executive (30%) 1. Objective The Account Executive will assist & support the Sales Director to maximize sales revenue at Collective Shows. The Account Executive will focus specifically on new and win back brand sales and sponsorships. 2. Schedule of Events The scope encompasses all current and future portfolio events, including: Bi-Annual Shows: January and July (Huntington Beach, CA) Future Expansion: April (Miami, FL), launching in 2027 3. Core Responsibilities & Deliverables Select Account Management Database Maintenance: Oversee, update and clean sales CRM. Specific territory and target categories to be assigned by Sales Director. Emphasis on new and win-back exhibitors. New Business Development Lead Acquisition: Research and inject new qualified brand prospects into the database using competitor show rosters, digital research and industry knowledge. Brand Engagement Targeted Outreach: Execute continuous individual outreach to new and win-back exhibitors at Collective Shows. Growth Metrics: Drive strategic initiatives to increase show revenue.
