Buyer of Electronic Components

We are looking for a competent buyer to select and purchase components for our electronic board assembly department. The role is very important since our business activities cannot begin without the necessary stock. The ideal candidate must be a responsible individual with great attention to detail. As a buyer, you will need to negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive prices. The goal is to ensure that the business will always have adequate stock that meets its requirements. That way we can deliver value to our customers through high-quality products and facilitate sustainable growth. Responsibilities Identify customer preferences and quote material for new assemblies Evaluate supplier options according to prices, quality and availability and determine the best choices Negotiate terms of agreements to achieve the best deal for our company Ensure the timely delivery of components in compliance with the purchasing contracts Monitor stock levels and make plans for buying within budget Forge and maintain trusted relationships with suppliers to promote best pricing Skills Experience in the electronics field a plus Outstanding communication abilities Excellent organizational skills Demonstrable aptitude in effective negotiating Able to work well under pressure Excellent knowledge of MS Office; working knowledge of purchasing software is an advantage Job Type: Full-time Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location: In person
