Ring Power CatPrimary Job Role Review bills of materials for parts to be purchased. Maintain job schedule to ensure parts are ordered and received on time to meet the production schedule. Sources suppliers/vendors to ensure competitive procurement, improvement efforts and less expensive solutions. Forward to corporate purchasing for credit application processing and set up in the designated system. Requests sales tax exemption if needed. Coordinate with suppliers to obtain quotes, compare specifications, confirm order details, and resolve pricing, shipment, and invoice discrepancies. Facilities processing for purchase orders and returns. Utilizes and understands procurement system and monitors compliance. Performs other duties as assigned.
