The Buyer’s primary responsibility will be order procurement and brand purchasing management in accordance with
optimum business and vendor management metrics, including working capital parameters and company inventory
goals

Salary Range: $65-69,000 CAD
Responsibilities
Purchase order management within the NetSuite Cloud ERP system, including direct and stock orders
• Manage inventory levels and re-order points
• Negotiate best cost, payment term and delivery efficiencies with vendor partners
• Manage direct vendor price lists and maintain system part costs in conjunction with Database Coordination
team
• Vet adequate procurement avenue options
• Support & outline vendor Deal Registration with Sales and Product teams
• Manage Vendor Returns Authorization (VRA) process
• Maintain and update vendor ERP profile
• Perform efficient communication with vendors and internal departments to establish beneficial business
relationships
• Manage shared email mailbox with assigned vendors as well as personal mailbox
• Communicate credit line levels and trial balance updates with Accounts Payable team
• Provide support to all departments as necessary
• Research new products or alternative manufacturers and vendors to current product lines
• Attend local and national industry tradeshows where approved
• Support and coordinate vendor/manufacturer business meetings
• Perform other duties as assigned
Education & Skill Requirements
• Associate’s degree required
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
• 1-3 years of purchasing, vendor business or related experience preferred
