Position: Buyer I (Aerospace Manufacturing) Location: Cerritos, CA (Onsite) Pay: This position has a fixed rate of $20/hour Experience: 0–2 years of purchasing, procurement, supply chain, buying, or inventory experience (recent graduates with internship experience are encouraged to apply). Type: Full-time; Contract Schedule: Day Shift, 6:00am to 2:30pm HB Staffing is seeking a Buyer I (Aerospace Manufacturing) to join a growing and dynamic team! Job Description Create and manage purchase orders from requisition through order acknowledgment Prepare and run RFQs, review bids, and support cost analysis and price negotiations Support supplier forecasting, demand planning, and delivery schedules Track vendor performance and keep supplier records accurate and up to date Support inventory management and process Return Material Authorizations (RMAs) Communicate delivery issues and schedule changes clearly across departments Maintain purchasing documentation, including AS9100 documentation support Contribute to continuous improvement and KPI-driven performance goals Position Requirements Hands-on experience with ERP/MRP systems (required) Strong Microsoft Excel skills (required), plus proficiency in Word and Outlook Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Professional written and verbal communication skills Job Perks Health Benefits after 30 days!
