Follows prescribed procedures to procure supplies, equipment and services for the agency, with limited purchasing authority, volume and variety. Secures market information regarding quality, performance, problems and pricing. Reviews requisitions and specifications to determine the appropriate method of procurement. Writes Quick Quotes, solicits bids, and evaluates and awards purchases as instructed. Monitors orders and expedites for delivery.
