Job Summary This job leads the refinement of the company's billing systems, ensuring accuracy and spearheading operational changes with expert knowledge. It is strategic in solving problems and enhancing processes, aligning billing with business goals and market standards. The role is vital for maintaining exceptional customer billing accuracy and operational performance. Job Description Responsibilities: Directing billing project initiatives, providing strategic planning and support for sophisticated billing solutions Leading comprehensive analyses and quality assurance for system upgrades, ensuring flawless customer service experiences Championing billing operations change management, from conceptualization to execution, with minimal oversight Offering advanced end-user support, resolving complex billing system issues to uphold exceptional service quality Investigating and engineering solutions for intricate billing and operations program challenges, improving system efficiency Executing critical billing change requests within stringent timelines, circumventing financial risks and customer inconvenience Collaborating with cross-functional teams to synchronize changes and troubleshoot, ensuring consistent customer service delivery Mentoring junior team members and leading by example, sharing deep expertise to elevate team knowledge and performance Evaluating billing processes against industry benchmarks, recommending strategic enhancements based on data-driven insights Synthesizing billing data analysis to guide strategic decision-making and influence the direction of billing strategies Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
