Buyer – Full-Time Jugenheimer Industrial Supplies, Inc. | Hubbard, OH Jugenheimer Industrial Supplies is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Buyer to join our team on a full-time basis. This position is responsible for purchasing products, maintaining inventory, obtaining competitive pricing, and working closely with vendors to ensure our customers receive the products they need. We are looking for someone who is organized, communicates well, and enjoys working in a fast-paced business environment. Experience in purchasing or the industrial supply industry is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate. Job Responsibilities Source products and identify reliable suppliers. Request and compare vendor quotes to obtain competitive pricing. Prepare and place purchase orders. Monitor inventory levels and help maintain appropriate stock. Track orders and follow up with vendors regarding deliveries, backorders, and product availability. Develop and maintain positive relationships with vendors. Work with internal departments to help meet customer and inventory needs. Maintain accurate purchasing records and information. Qualifications Strong computer skills and basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Good communication and organizational skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines. Comfortable working with numbers, pricing, and inventory information. Previous purchasing or buying experience preferred but not required. Knowledge of industrial supplies, hardware, or related product lines is a plus.
