About The Opportunity: Responsible for the “direct” procurement activities for Vail Health and Surgery Center Supply Chain. What You Will Do: Executes purchasing activities and manages supply, service, repair, and capital purchase orders to support organizational, equipment, and project needs. Supports cost, quality, and contract compliance initiatives through effective procurement practices. Monitors and responds to supply disruptions, shortages, recalls, and other sourcing challenges. Maintains item master, catalog, and supply chain system data to support operational effectiveness and ensure data accuracy and integrity. Investigates and resolves invoice discrepancies, pricing variances, purchase order exceptions, and other billing-related issues to ensure accurate and timely transaction processing.
