JD: Key Responsibilities Lead end‑to‑end project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery. Coordinate with engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and quality teams. Develop project schedules, dashboards, and reports using advanced Excel (pivot tables, macros, complex formulas, data modeling). Manage SAP project workflows, material requests, and procurement processes. Track risks, dependencies, and project milestones, ensuring timely delivery. Support cost analysis, vendor coordination, and BOM‑related tasks. Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with medical‑device standards. Required Skills & Experience 5–7 years of project management experience (preferably in manufacturing). Expert‑level Excel skills – VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, Pivot Tables, Macros. Hands‑on experience with SAP (MM/PP/Project Systems). Working knowledge of mechanical domain concepts or product development processes. Experience managing procurement projects (vendor coordination, material planning). Strong communication, stakeholder management, and reporting skills. Preferred Qualifications PMP or equivalent certification. Experience in medical devices or regulated industries (ISO 13485, FDA standards). Familiarity with MS Project or other PM tools.
