Job Title: Buyer Location: Kent, Washington (On-Site) Job Summary: We are recruiting for a Buyer opportunity supporting purchasing and procurement activities across a fast-paced environment. This position focuses on purchase order management, supplier communication, invoice tracking, and basic reporting to help keep operations moving accurately and on time. Responsibilities Support purchase order management, including confirming order status, quantities, pricing, and delivery dates. Follow up with suppliers on open purchase orders, past-due deliveries, outstanding documentation, and order updates. Assist with invoice tracking, verify invoice details, and escalate discrepancies, delays, or issues to the appropriate contact. Maintain procurement records, update tracking spreadsheets and systems, and support basic reporting and data entry tasks. Required Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience, or Master's degree with 1+ years of experience. Degree in Business Administration/Management, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, recordkeeping ability, and professional communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications, plus basic knowledge of purchase orders, invoices, and supplier communications.
